Payments
All payments for our Apps are provided through third party app stores (such as the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store). They handle all of the processing for payments and refunds.
Refunds
If you need a refund then please get in touch with the app store that you purchased our apps from, either Google or Apple. They are the seller of our products and they have their own refund policies. We do not issue refunds for our apps purchased from 3rd party app stores (such as Google or Apple).
Android
Simply go to the app store listing page and click on the “Refund” button. Google will then process your refund.
Apple
To get a refund from Apple, you have to contact them through THIS FORM
