Payments
All payments for the Spirit Talker App are provided through third party app stores (such as the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store). They handle all of the processing for payments and refunds.
Refunds
If you need a refund then please get in touch with the app store that you purchased the Spirit Talker App from, either Google or Apple. They are the seller of the Spirit Talker product and they have their own refund policies. We do not issue refunds for the Spirit Talker App purchased from 3rd party app stores (such as Google or Apple).
Android
Simply go to the Spirit Talker app store listing page HERE and click on the “Refund” button. Google will then process your refund.
Apple
To get a refund from Apple, you have to contact them through THIS FORM
