How It Works

Unlike our Spirit Talker Mobile App, which uses the sensors within your phone to manipulate a multi-dimensional array, the Spirit Talker Lite has a sophisticated algorithm at its core that is based on the Tusi Couple, a 13th-century geometric principle developed by Persian scholar Nasir al-Din al-Tusi. This revolutionary system moves beyond random word selection, generating responses through interdependent, cyclical patterns – bringing depth and intelligence to your paranormal investigations.

The Tusi Couple in the Spirit Talker Lite is powered directly through an analogue pin, which continually reads small voltage fluctuations. Much like a mini REM-Pod, these voltages can shift in response to static electricity or surrounding energy. My custom algorithm processes these variations in real time, using them to drive the Tusi Couple’s motion. This means that every cycle is influenced by subtle changes in the environment, making each response both intelligent and sensitive to potential paranormal interaction.

To ensure accurate documentation, the device connects to the internet to retrieve the current date and time, automatically logs every session to a microSD card, and now includes automatic firmware updates – no extra tools required!

Yes / No Mode

Alongside generating intelligent word responses, the Spirit Talker Lite also includes a Yes / No mode. This feature is built on the same Tusi Couple system, still powered by the analogue pin reading subtle energy fluctuations. A small circle spins in either direction — if it comes to rest on the left, it indicates a Yes, while stopping on the right gives a No. This simple but powerful tool offers direct, focused answers during your sessions, adding another dimension to your investigations. The Yes / No mode now has 2 sub modes, just Yes /No and a Yes / No / Maybe and Pass.

Emoji Mode

Another mini-app that turns the Spirit Talker Lite’s screen into a responsive, animated face. It renders smooth, colour-coded expressions — happy, sad, angry, surprised, sceptical, scared, love, and more — that update in real time via the Tusi Couple. The visuals follow subtle electrical fluctuations (Rem-Pod style), so the “mood” you see reflects what the device is sensing in the environment. Everything runs fully offline with sprite-based animation for a fluid, eye-catching display in the field.

ParaLink-Mesh

The Spirit Talker Lite doesn’t work in isolation — it can also be linked into our ParaLink-Mesh app (CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO). This allows you to connect multiple devices together, creating a network of Spotted: Ghosts Devices that share data in real time.
