A fusion of “Spectra“ — representing the range of light associated with paranormal phenomena (in this case, infra-red) — and “Tracer“, symbolising its ability to detect, track, and visualise changes in the environment with precision.
Designed for professional paranormal investigators and serious researchers, SpecTracer scans your surroundings, maps spatial data in real time, and identifies anomalies that could indicate an unexplained presence.

🧠 How It Works
SpecTracer performs a full 180° sweep of your environment using LiDAR, creating a visual baseline of the space.
- The initial right-to-left and left-to-right sweeps appear in red, forming a detailed reference map.
- All following scans appear in yellow, making it easy to spot any changes or movement.
- Automatic sound and visual alerts when yellow scans no longer align with the original red baseline — helping you detect movement, presence shifts, or energy disturbances that may suggest paranormal activity.

📡 ParaLink Mesh — Remote Monitoring & Control
Connect SpecTracer to the ParaLink Mesh Android app to monitor and control your device remotely from your phone or tablet.
Position SpecTracer in the area you want to observe, then follow its scanning activity from elsewhere within your Wi-Fi network’s coverage.
- Live scan display — view SpecTracer’s scan data remotely.
- Remote controls — start or stop scanning, change scanning mode and access supported device controls through the app.
- Multiple-device monitoring — connect SpecTracer alongside other compatible Spotted Ghosts devices.
- Automatic reconnection — the device attempts to reconnect if its ParaLink connection is lost.
Two Ways to Connect
Through a Wi-Fi router
Connect your phone and SpecTracer to the same local network. With compatible firmware installed, the device automatically discovers the running ParaLink Mesh app and connects.
Through your phone’s hotspot
Turn on your phone’s hotspot and connect SpecTracer to it, then open ParaLink Mesh.
No internet connection is required for local monitoring and control. Keep ParaLink Mesh open and ensure your network allows connected devices to communicate. Range depends on your network coverage and surroundings.

🔐 License Information
Each SpecTracer device comes with a pre-installed license on the included 16GB Micro SD card. This license is unique to your specific unit and will not function on any other SpecTracer device.
- Your device’s license is securely linked to the code on your Certificate of Authenticity.
- This license file is essential for proper operation and should not be altered or removed.
Lost or corrupted your license file?
No worries — if the SD card becomes corrupted, is accidentally formatted, or you need to replace it, just contact us directly. We’ll verify your certificate details and generate a new license file for your registered device.
We’re here to make sure your SpecTracer stays fully operational for the long term.
